At Genesis Naturals, we are committed to providing high-quality, organic skincare products made with integrity and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back at your expense to the return address provided via email. Genesis Naturals is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
